Airport Cancellation Policy:
A reservation cancelled after the vehicle has departed will be charged at full fees, up to 2 hours prior to the pickup time. Once the vehicle has waited at the airport for 2 hrs with no response from the customer, a "No Show" will be declared and the vehicle will be cleared. Applicable waiting time fees:

  • Sedan - $35/ half hour
  • Limousine - $40/half hour
  • Escalade, Mercedes - $45/half hour
  • Navigator, Chrysler 300 - $87/half hour

It is the customer's responsibility to notify our office of flight/itinerary changes. The passenger may call our customer service line at 1-800-328-5501 at anytime. (Rescheduling of a reservation is subject to availability).

All 407 ETR charges are subject to a $5 administrative fee and HST. *Drivers will only take toll highways if requested by customer, all toll charges are the responsibility of the customer

Contracts:
I HEARBY UNDERSTAND THAT, IF CANCELLATION IS MADE, THERE WILL BE NO REFUND OF MY DEPOSIT. PAYMENT IS DUE 14 DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENT. UPON CANCELLATION WITHIN 14 DAYS OF THE EVENT, "THE WRIGHT LIMOUSINE SERVICE INC." RESERVES THE RIGHT TO PROCESS/COLLECT 100% OF THE ESTIMATED CHARGES FOR THE RESERVATION ON THE CARD PROVIDED.THE LIMOUSINE IS STRICTLY SMOKE, NARCOTIC AND ALCOHOL FREE.THERE WILL BE A CHARGE TO THE CREDIT CARD HOLDER IN THE AMOUNT OF $400.00 FOR ANY HEAVY CLEANING IF NEEDED. THE CLIENT IS ALSO RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INTERIOR OR EXTERIOR DAMAGE CAUSED BY THE CUSTOMER OR ANY GUESTS OF THE CUSTOMER. IN THE EVENT THAT THE VEHICLE IS DEEMED INOPERABLE WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEND ANOTHER VEHICLE OF EQUAL OR GREATER VALUE. THE WRIGHT LIMOUSINE SERVICE INC.IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS LEFT IN THE VEHICLES AT ANY TIME.

Upon signature, you acknowledge that your account/credit card will be processed in office for services rendered with a 15% gratuity added. The Wright Limousine Service Inc takes great pride in our service and reliability, however we are not liable for pickup or drop off times due to weather, highway closures, accidents, traffic, breakdowns, incorrect pickup or drop off information or situations beyond our control.
